By registering for the Premium Massage Vids Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
Premium Massage Vids reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion and without explanation.
We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at our sole discretion.
Affiliates earn commissions according to the commission structure displayed within their affiliate account.
Recurring commissions may be paid on qualifying subscription renewals where applicable.
Commissions are subject to review and approval before becoming eligible for payout.
All commissions are subject to a 45-day approval period.
This review period allows us to investigate chargebacks, refunds, fraudulent transactions, payment disputes, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, and other forms of abuse.
We reserve the right to reject any commission that we reasonably believe resulted from fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited activity.
Approved commissions are paid monthly.
The minimum payout threshold is $100 USD.

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
Affiliates may only use promotional materials that have been expressly approved by Premium Massage Vids.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove promotional materials at any time.
Content from our premium websites, membership areas, downloads, subscriber-only platforms, Patreon pages, or any other paid content library may not be copied, redistributed, re-uploaded, embedded, shared, distributed, streamed, or used for promotional purposes without our prior written consent.
Only approved promotional materials may be used.
Affiliates may use only approved promotional clips, trailers, preview videos, and other marketing materials provided by Premium Massage Vids or published through our official public channels.
Affiliates may not upload, publish, distribute, share, embed, stream, or otherwise make available full-length Premium Massage Vids videos on tube sites, video-sharing platforms, social media platforms, file hosts, membership websites, or any third-party service.
Affiliates may not create or distribute edited versions of premium content that substantially reproduce the original viewing experience or reduce the commercial value of our paid content.
Any unauthorized use, distribution, publication, or sharing of full-length content may result in immediate termination of the affiliate account, cancellation of unpaid commissions, and copyright enforcement actions.
Affiliates may not use our videos, images, trademarks, logos, screenshots, trailers, promotional materials, or any other intellectual property to promote:
Our content may only be used to promote Premium Massage Vids and other officially approved properties.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Any commissions generated through prohibited methods may be reversed, cancelled, or withheld.
Affiliates may not register, purchase, use, or promote domain names, social media accounts, advertisements, search engine keywords, or marketing materials that falsely imply an official relationship with Premium Massage Vids.
Affiliates may not represent themselves as employees, owners, partners, or official representatives of Premium Massage Vids.
Affiliates may not use our trademarks, logos, branding, or company identity in a misleading manner.
Premium Massage Vids retains all ownership rights to its videos, images, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, promotional materials, and other intellectual property.
Affiliates receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use approved promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting Premium Massage Vids through the Affiliate Program.
No ownership rights are transferred to the Affiliate.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at our sole discretion if we believe these Terms have been violated.
In cases involving fraud, abuse, copyright infringement, prohibited traffic sources, unauthorized content distribution, or other serious violations, unpaid commissions may be withheld, cancelled, or forfeited.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of commissions owed to the Affiliate.
Affiliates participate in the program as independent contractors.
Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, employment relationship, joint venture, agency relationship, or other legal association between Premium Massage Vids and the Affiliate.
Affiliates are solely responsible for their own taxes, reporting obligations, business expenses, and legal compliance.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program, commission structure, payout methods, promotional materials, or these Terms at any time.
Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their websites, advertisements, content, traffic sources, and promotional activities comply with all applicable laws, regulations, platform policies, and industry requirements within their jurisdiction.
Any violation of applicable laws may result in immediate termination from the Affiliate Program.
